Shipping Policy

America Jackets ships jackets and apparel to customers in the United States and internationally. This page explains how long orders take, what shipping costs, and how to track your package.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 business days) after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 USD per order for both United States and international orders. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold.

Shipping Regions

We ship to addresses within the United States and to international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will not be able to complete checkout, or we will contact you.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. America Jackets has no control over these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please email Order@americajackets.shop.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. To change your address or cancel your order, email Order@americajackets.shop with your order number before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please email Needhelp@americajackets.shop with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.
