Welcome to America Jackets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of https://www.americajackets.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Online Store Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell jackets and apparel, including Celebrity Jackets, Leather Jackets, Jersey, T-Shirts, Varsity Jackets, Bomber Jackets, Puffer Jackets, and Coats & Blazer. We try to display products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check size information before ordering.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (1 to 3 business days) and typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat $20 USD per order for the United States and international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. 7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing Order@americajackets.shop with your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Refunds go to your original payment method after the return is received and inspected. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to America Jackets or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. User Comments and Reviews

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate and does not violate anyone's rights. We may use, edit, or remove such content at our discretion.
